Return & Exchange

1. Shipping errors - We shipped wrong items.
Please contact us within 3 days after you received goods, we'll do our fast to solve the problem for you.  
 
2. If not our mistake, we don't allow to return/refund or change size, especially shoes/boots. Please check and confirm carefully before order and shipping. 
 
3. We can do some help or support on bags. If the bag is brand new with protective cover on the handle or shoulder strap, and the factory allow to exchange. We can do exchange for you, but you (buyer) need to return the product to us at first and bear the return shipping fee. Once we get your returns, we will exchange with factory and re-send for you, buyer needs to pay us US$50/item as re-shipping fee. 
 
Attention:
1. DON'T move the protective film on the bags handle and shoulder strap, Or the factories cann't exchange or return for us. Very important!!! 
2. Please contact us within 3 days since receiving the goods.
