About Shipping

1. Shipping Methods
It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. After we ship out your order, we will email you with tracking number.
We use the industry's most trusted courier services, including EMS, FedEx (Fedex only for orders over US$200) and E-packet (small order before US$60), to ensure that your package is delivered promptly and safely. 
 
2. Orders may be delayed for reasons:
1.You left a wrong address.
2. Product current is out of stock.
3. Order is pending a E-cheque credit approval and verification.
 
3. Cancel order policy
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours after your payment is processed.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
For customized orders, if the factory start to produce, cann't cancel. 
 
4. Duty
Our prices don't include customs duties. If any duty in buyers' customs, the receiver pay it. Canada customs may charge duties. other countries like USA, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore usually no duty.
